What is Return Policy?

You may return most products purchased. Most items can be returned with 1 month of receiving the item. However we aren't the main seller so you must contact and/or consult the initial sellers terms for returns individually.

How soon will I receive a refund on a returned item?

Refunds are generally made back to an original card and can take up to Four weeks to credit back. However some resellers could have different policies regarding refunds, such as only giving store credit or gift certificates. Please consult an original sellers refund policy.

Requirements for a Full Refund

In most instances these are the basic requirements to get a 100 % refund.

  • Items have to be in new condition
  • Items need to be returned with all original packaging and accessories
  • Media items (such as, movies, music, video games, and software) must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap
  • Musical instruments, televisions, and electronic devices will need to have a UPC or serial number
  • Shoes and clothing have to be unworn

Items valued at over need to be returned to the seller using a trackable shipping service. If ever the order is worth 0 or over, insure the shipment for the price of this product and ship your return with a signature shipping service. Note: In case a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, you might not be eligible for refund.

UPS Pickups

Whenever you request a UPS pickup, UPS sends a driver to the address together with your shipping label within 1-5 working days. Ensure you've described the defect, damage, or error and include that with the returned package. Should the original packaging is still available, return an item in this packaging. To help avoid issues with the pickup, remove any previously used shipping labels which are still on the box.

Cancel Pickup Request

After a UPS pickup is requested, you cannot cancel that request until after the first pickup attempt has been made. UPS will always make up to three pickup attempts. Once the first pickup attempt, you can call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) to cancel future pickup attempts. Make sure to have your tracking number handy. The future of shopping now.
